Account

  • How do you change your password?
  • From the Dashboard click: Account » Change Password
  • How do you update you profile?
  • From the Dashboard click: Account » Update Profile
  • How do you upload a new Avatar?
  • From the Dashboard click: Account » Update Avatar
  • How do you change your domains display name?
  • From the Dashboard click: Account » Update Profile then locate the display name text box and fill it in with your new display name.  Click update profile at the bottom to finish the process.
  • How do I change the timezone for my account?
  • From the Dashboard click: Account » Update Profile and select the correct timezone.  When you are done click: Update Profile at the bottom to save your changes.

Projects

  • How do you create a project?
  • From the Dashboard click: Add a new project
  • How do you mark a project as finished?
  • From the Dashboard click on the project you would like to mark as complete.  Next locate the: Project status section in the sidebar.  Click on the link that says Mark project as finished. 
  • How do you delete a finished project?
  • From the Dashboard click: Administration » Projects and check the project you would like to delete.  *Note – once you delete a project it will be lost Forever and the data can not be retrieved. 

Clients

  • How do you add a new client?
  • From the Dashboard click: Administration  » Clients  » Add client and fill in the appropriate information.

Users

  • How do you add a new user to a project?
  • From the Dashboard click on the project you wish to add the user to.  From there click: people.  In this screen you can add a user to each company involved with the project and set their appropriate permission levels.
