The File Uploads application allows you to manage all of your files in one spot. It shows all of the files that have been attached to Messages, Spot2Jots or Comments. You can upload a new version of a file and it will be grouped next to the original for easy viewing. You can sort the files by the date they were created or their file name. Instead of deleting files right away you can add them to the Trashcan for safe keeping and if you decide you need the file at a later date, you can easily restore it.
